Offender Profiling

My original artilce Offender Profiling in Wikipedia seems attracting many editors. That's good, and I see a lot of interest in forensic psychology and criminological profiling. I hope it is not from Silence of the Lambs and not just a movie generated interest. I got many mails asking about Forensic Psychology and it is sad most of them thinking Forensic Psychology and Criminology as glorified professions like the movie detectives.Well, still the interest is a good thing I hope....

Passenger Profiling

Just sent an article on passenger profiling to IJC (journal and annual), well, I digress from most views and support passenger profiling to a great extent. I think it is necessary, if you argue against it, then I would say it's a necessary evil, still I am for it. Passenger profiling may seems racially motivated but it is not and though it creates some inconvenience it gives out more possibilities to identify potential offenders.
